You simply offer your patients one of our application brochures. Once they fax us their completed application form we contact you and your patient to authorize the purchase. This only takes minutes and we issue payment directly to you within 2 business days.

2. How does Dentalcard benefit my practice?
Dentalcard allows you to offer the solution of affordable, low monthly payments, taking the 'sticker shock' off the cost of the treatment. You can increase your business by providing a payment option to those patients who need assistance.

3. How much paperwork is required by the dental office?
The only paperwork you need to fax us is an authorization form for each transaction signed by your patient. That's all!

5. How long does an approval take?
Dentalcard is open 7 days a week to give immediate attention to all applications. If you have an urgent situation where an answer is needed in order for treatment to proceed, simply indicate the rush on the application and Dentalcard will contact you immediately.

Payment is issued within 2 business days following an authorization.

Once you are registered, Dentalcard will send you brochures/applications complete with the display holder for you to offer patients in your waiting room.
